One of its many uses includes getting rid of dark underarm skin.
The deodorant you use and removing the hair by shaving are significant causes which could irritate the skin and darken the underarm area. To have soft, beautiful underarms it is important to take care of them, and you can do that with this homemade treatment: mix a teaspoon of baking soda with lemon juice until you get a paste. Apply the paste on the underarm areas, massaging it gently for a few seconds.
To get the results is very important to use this underarm bleaching technique once a day, right after you take your shower.
Do not forget to exfoliate the area often (at least twice a week) following this treatment: mix a teaspoon of baking soda with lemon juice, a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of sugar, then apply the paste on the armpits. Use a brush to help with the scrubbing.
You can also try this: soak a few cotton swabs in coconut oil and dab your armpits every night. Cut a lemon in 4 and use one of the sections after showering by massaging your armpit with it.
Or, get the juice of a raw potato and buff your armpits with it, using a cotton swab.
Sandalwood powder mixed with rose water is another excellent solution.
Dark armpits are also due to excessive sweat. However, if this is because of the dark color of the armpits, you should keep in mind that sweating is a way of eliminating toxins from the body, which is why you should not use products that completely prevent sweating.
